The Boathouse is set by the beautiful sandy beach and dunes at Dawlish Warren. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by our smiley team and family friendly atmosphere.
Downstairs, we strive to create a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, with comfy sofas, snug booths and quiet corners, whilst upstairs the sweeping ocean views and stunning coastline allow for a truly memorable dining experience.
In the summer months, why not dine al-fresco style on our balconies and beer gardens, looking out to Exmouth over the gorgeous Exe Estuary. In the evenings, enjoy our intimate heat lamps on the top terrace, whilst sharing a bottle of fizz, or tasting our tempting cocktails!

Our exciting super track is designed for all ages and experience and is something that nearly everyone can enjoy! All you have to do is show up – no reservation required, we provide everything you need from helmets for the bullit karts to full instruction. It’s that easy!
